John Michael Barclay

John Michael Barclay graduated from Washington and Lee University in 1999 with a B.A. in European History. He attended the University of Alabama School of Law and graduated in 2004. Upon graduation, he served as law clerk to The Honorable Robert S. Vance, Jr., Circuit Court Judge in Jefferson County, Alabama. After clerking for Judge Vance, John Michael spent two years practicing law at a plaintiff’s firm before joining Burke Harvey & Frankowski, LLC in April of 2008. His practice focuses on personal injury, consumer class actions, stock broker fraud and defective medical device and pharmaceutical products.
